I found the ‘citizens advice’ were great. Find a local office amd go and talk to someone face to face , they will help you fill out forms etc… also. If you want the ins and outs of your situation from a solicitor then make sure you have at least 200 in your pocket when you go. But being on line you can find out loads and do it yourself. Theres mediation that you can go to. Basically you and your partner and the mediator will be there and you talk about whats going to happen/happening now. But again its all money. I agree with the last message from the lady. ‘Stay calm’.

You may eligible for funding. I found the citizens advice great. Find the local one around your area and go and talk to them. You can do it all yourself if you go to court, no need for a solicitor (lots of people do it them selves, my mediator told me). Lots on line to help. Just get your  self clued up. I’m not a pro. Just been threw a bit and still am. Stay calm! It can only make things worse (hard i know).
