My ex is trying to be disappeared and blocking us.

I have to look after our two little sons by myself, as a single father.

I am Chinese, my spouse visa (depended on my ex) is invalid since we separated, but my Children are UK citizen, I have applied parent visa, but Home office is not giving me granted yet, I have been waiting for 6 months already.

I have no recourse to public fund, I can not work (babies are too young), plus home office is being tricky there …

Tbh, I really think it is not fair, the other side should at least pay maintanence, or help to share the duty of parenting, at least I can get a part time job or something, I wont be in such trouble atm …

    Any advice please.

Since she is trying to give up the children, is she allowed to do so in this country? What trouble will she get? What should I do to protect myself and the children?

Please help. Anyone has similar experience? What is the best thing I should do?

    hi,

I am afraid if she wants nothing to do with the children, then that is her choice. you could try contact the child maintenance service. as children are UK citizens, they should be able to open a case and try to get your ex to pay maintenance.
