Does anyone have any tips on how to lose the extra weight they put on during pregnancy?
I’m a single first time mom to a 7 month old and I’ve just lost all flexibility and strength. I had emergency c section and then caught a skin infection in hospital. Was staying in bed for ages due to pain but it’s left me physically so weak. I’m exhausted and can’t seem to find the time to exercise much. I also have tendonitis in my wrists which is really painful and limits moves I can do at times. I thought I would be back in shape by now but it’s just not happened and it’s getting me down. I’ve tried doing quick 5 minute workouts on YouTube which are good but doesn’t seem to be helping me. I don’t eat a lot really, but with the lockdown, I’ve been anxious to go to the shops so I’ve just been eating what I have in. Porridge, fruit and rusks 😂. Can anyone help or give me any tips?
I swear by slimming world. I lost over 5st in 6 months. No missing out on naughty treats and no calorie counting. Honestly give it ago I’m back on slimming world as I’ve put on a few lbs and in the weeks ive lost 1st 3lb 🙂
I lost mine by carrying my son in a sling. I started with a few minutes every day and ramped it up gradually. Honestly, it’s better than any gym, and free. As he got heavier I lost more weight. I gave up at a year because he was so heavy, but I’d lost my weight and I had toned tummy muscles that I didn’t have before. My son loved it.
If your C-section is properly healed you could give that a go, and it suits lockdown and your daily exercise.
