Can anyone advise me? I am self employed. I have no work now and now I’m self isolation with friend who has cancer. I receive tax credits for 40 percent of nursery fees. I have lost all work so withdrawn little one from nursery permanently as even when they open I won’t be able to pay fees as income may be sporadic. I’ve been self employed for five years. Do I now tell tax credits that I don’t do any hours a week and that little one is no longer at nursery. I’m so confused! I know that I might get some help later down the line as Self employed but for now there is still council tax etc to pay!! I’m not sure when I can start seeing clients again either! I’m utterly confused!!
