    Hey all

Looking for some opinions on my situation. I have 2 children age 7 and 3. My husband left just over a year ago. He lives with his mum who has. Copd so the children aren’t visiting due to her being high risk.

My mum and sister have always been a massove support since he left as upon him leaving my already fragile mental health declined considerably.

I’m struggling to cope with the children on my own and feel like im going to end up in a mess if I’m alone with my children long term.

Can my mum come over to support me during the day then go home at night? She’s not going out anywhere else apart from driving 5 minutes to my house. As I’m not getting any other support would this be OK?

    Many thanks

It’s not ideal although I guess it depends on your mum’s age and state of health. Does she live on her own? If she or you are still going shopping, then either of you could contract it and pass it to the other.

Hi there. Hope your day is going ok. I beleive if she does visit you and either of you show symptoms then you have to self isolate together.
