I’m still in love with my ex she’s the love of my life and I can’t get over her we have had a rocky relationship and she’s always stopping me seeing my 5 month old son she’s now got a NMO on me and won’t allow me to have my son and is trying to get me to go to a contact centre to see my son even know I can’t afford it I really don’t know what to do I’m so broken and just wish we could at least be civil if we can’t be together
Your ex isn’t trying to stop you seeing your son, she is trying to stop you seeing her.
Do you have a trusted family member, mum, sister, brother, where you could ask her to drop your son, and you see him there. That way you don’t need to have any direct contact with her which is, I think, what she is trying to achieve. Would that work?
No she won’t allow me to have him unsupervised she’s just being difficult this happens every time we argue but she’s got NMO. on me now told a load of lies to get it
But you wouldn’t be unsupervised. If your family member agrees, you can ask for an court access order with your mum or whoever as the supervising person.
Why not get your mum to write to her, suggesting this arrangement first and see how she reacts. It’s worth a try.
No she has a problem with my family mainly due to her family not bothering with her she literally tried to isolate me from my family and friends as a result of this so nothing like that will work I’m afraid thanks for your input
