I think a lot of people are like this because of lock down. There isnt a lot to do so people aren’t tired.
I’d suggest get up at 7 even if you do feel exhausted get up.
Try maybe doing and hours exercise walk, run or whatever. Do housework, gardening something to physically exhaust yourself. You will hopefully then be tired.
Try to keep busy all day, I know it’s hard but it’s all I can suggest.
