I’ve been having trouble sleeping over the last couple of weeks … I don’t seem to be able to get to sleep until the early hours and then I wake up again a couple of hours later and get up for about and hour then go back to sleep … I’m only getting about 4 hours a sleep and it’s starting to drain me! 😐😴😴
Does anyone have any tips or advice for a better nights sleep please? 🙂
I was unable to get some proper sleep because I was not active enough. I am moving around more and pottering around in garden doing more manual stuff like painting, digging and lifting. I use lavender oil in bedroom and put drops on pillow case and in bath. I also have an oil burner but don’t use it in case I burn place down. You can get the mood going by burning oil slowly in the evening so the aroma is everywhere like in bathroom or kitchen then out the tealight. This is good for relaxation. Also in the evening we play rain forest music for 10nmins and this us very therapeutic!
