I think you should try some techniques like

    Zumba in the evening

    Yoga and meditation around 9pm

Stop all sugary food after 7pm

Limit use of tablet / pc

After covid business take your daughter to gp for blood test to see if she is producing the sleep hormone. Not producing this hormone has a huge impact on not being able to sleep and it affects the  circadian clock.

Its not easy being couped up in flat but maybe go for a walk after dinner as it’s still bright.

My daughter is sleeping much better now and I take her for a run around in garden in the afternoon to wear her out. I know you don’t have access but a long walk might help. Best wishes

Try a carbohydrate laced meal in night.. Like mashed potatoes, pasta or jacket potato. Good luck
