Hi all Looking for some help,my daughter is very very active at night.I would say this has got much worse in these times.School nights she would fall asleep never before 11.The past couple of weeks its not been before 2 am,and tonights its been only half an hour ago 4.34 am.Im really at a loss.We live in a flat and have been going out for our daily walk. Thankyou
After covid business take your daughter to gp for blood test to see if she is producing the sleep hormone. Not producing this hormone has a huge impact on not being able to sleep and it affects the circadian clock.
Its not easy being couped up in flat but maybe go for a walk after dinner as it’s still bright.
My daughter is sleeping much better now and I take her for a run around in garden in the afternoon to wear her out. I know you don’t have access but a long walk might help. Best wishes
