    Hi,

Are there any single parents who would like to meet up? I have a 7 year-old daughter and as you know being single can feel quite lonely at times. Even though we do loads it’d be nice to make new friends and share experiences.

    Lucie 🙂

    Hi there,

I feel the same. Single Dad in Greenwich with 10 years old son. We do a lot together and would be good to meet other single parents to socialize and share experiences with.

I’m in North London too. There are some lovely parks in Winchmore Hill maybe we could meet after lunch for a couple of hours with the children and bring our afternoon tea .went yesterday with my littke girl & couldn’t believe how clean & safe this park was with a large pond.

Hi Sunday is not good for me I’m afraid as my daughter has activities to go to in the morning plus I start work veey early on Monday so it’s always busy & hectic

In February the kids are off do you want to do something that week . If you can manage a Saturday do let me know as that’s a better day for me .  There’s a I drive so it would not be a problem  meeting up.   I don’t work on 2 days  so if you want to meet half way for a coffee that would work for me

    Hi Lucie,

I work weekdays office hours so we are free on Saturdays & Sundays and school holidays. Park meeting is fine. Some other ideas could perhaps go bike riding along canal and picnic lunch when weather is a bit warmer. Also, ball games in the park. I drive so travel is ok.

Sounds great. Sorry, don’t know your name?!

How far can your son cycle to? We could cycle down to Olympic Park.

I’m not comfortable with showing my name and photo on a public forum yet, if it helps I can send a private message with name and photo.

We have a bike rack so can take the bikes by car.

    Hiya!

I’m on North London too. My little one is only 5 months old but I’d definitely be up for a meet up – I have no single parent friends. I’m still on mat leave (work in central) so weekdays work, and Saturdays too. LO is currently with his dad on Sunday afternoons. X

    Hi zebra1983,

We should all meet up. We need to decide a date, time and place!
