I’m good thankyou, yourself? Yeah, he was born in November.. He’s starting to sleep through now but since being born he would only wake once in the night. Been very lucky haha.
Hi I’m new here and newly single. I have a 1 year old daughter and life as a single parent is terrifying!! What gets you through the hard and lonely times? Xx
Hi, my son is only 12weeks old and I’m a first time mum so all very new to me, I just try to get out the house as much as possible with my boy because I find being in doors you dwell on it more than you would out and about,, where are you from? Xx
I stay in Fife, Scotland 😊 that’s good advice thanks. This has all happened very recently, but I know my wee girl will be happier with her parents separated to reduce the arguing etc. I think if the weather stays nice I will head to the park or out a walk somewhere tomorrow with her 😊 where are you from? Xx
Ah yeah 🙂 .. Oh 100% and you can’t just be someone because you have a child or children with them, it’s just not fair on them or yourselves… Honestly it’ll do you good, because you can just keep yourself occupied… I’m from Dorset so we are both opposite ends of the country haha.. Feel free to private message me if you want to chat anymore about stuff 🙂 xx
Hi I have just seen this post – my partner left myself 4 weeks ago along with our two young children – really would like to talk to other mums who have gone through the same – feeling very upset about everything but struggling to find on line local support – meet up groups etc for single parents – we’re from Dorset.. feel free to PM me x
Ive been a single dad ,children grown up now and its so difficult to make friends when you’re older.Seemed much easier when i was younger and had young children.I’m probably more than twice your age.I live in Kent. The only time Ive been to Dorset was when i was about 8 or 9 whith my parents, camping.I’ll never forget it because my dad hit my thumb with the hammer instead of the tent peg and it rained a lot i think it was Lulworth Cove we camped at.Ido remember it was nice there.Have you always lived there? I’ve always lived in Kent.If i haven’t bored you too much i’d love to hear from you and more about you.
