Try deliveroo app which can be downloaded onto phone. I suggest you ring your gp as your child is classed as vulnerable then you register on gov website so that your details are passed onto sainsbury and tesco and you can qualify for online shop.
Also most GP & church groups have volunteers who will get your shopping for you.
My daughter pastor calls us each week to see if we need anything but so far we have got online shopping coming in each week.
Does your local shops offer delivery? Also maybe try covid 19 then type in your area we have groups in our area who help people that have got the letter from gov or in isolation.
Keep trying the supermarkets etc plus morrisons do an essensial box fruit and vedge company’s are also offering deliveries. And super drug and boots do deliver, if push comes to shove amazon.
My boy has kidney problems we have only been out once in 3 weeks and we dont have family or friends local. I’ve found our local coop when we went out at 8pm was empty with no one in.
We did have a Asda delivery last week it was more like a lucky dip was quite entertaining highlight of the week we got another one next week. When we get asda slot we using it to get things we cant get from local shop deliveries. They do now limit the amount of items you can buy to deliver. Try a few mins after midnight or 15 mins before that’s when I’ve got the slots but go straight to the last 3 days
We dont drive and our local taxi has stopped so we are relying on shop deliveries. I would do a google search for your local shops give them a ring you might be suprised alot of local shops have evolved and do deliver mostly next day too! Our local shops are our saviour.
