I think your only chance is to get the details of where the person is working, and for roughly what hours and then ring the tax office. Go on their web site and look for a whistleblower number.

i assume this is an ex who is avoiding CMs payments by declaring 0 salary. It’s a criminal offence so that person could end up with a big fine and no job, so won’t necessarily help your claim.

It’s quite a big thing to do. Probably only a last resort. Make sure you are safe first . ☹️

    Thx for this xx

Oh I’m safe. Thanks for that xx  never been safer since he left

yes you are right  ex. Not paying his way but self employed and spending money like water

hes been reported but nothing has happened

I don’t care about the money  but it’s the principle. We pay taxes and pay our way. So should he

He is not doing right by his kid and not taking responsibility but expects everything from me

should Hmrc do something or do they just deal with the big money makers

Hmrc take a dim view of anyone breaking the rules not just multimillionaires. They may not be quick but they’ll get there.

Alternatively you could become less helpful. Would he risk taking you to court if he is fiddling his tax?  And he knows you know?

You could just call his bluff.  🤔

That is true. Although he has threatened me again with court. Which could get interesting as he has also failed on four areas of the court order.

I just hope hmrc do something 😒
