I posted back in August to see if anyone had any experience with the Bailiffs collecting CMS arrears as my ex was due his first visit from them.
The Bailiffs have now tried 3 times to visit and one phone call. They have been unsuccessful in catching him at home and come to to an agreement for his arrears and I have been told that this should now be referred back to CMS who will next have to go for sanctions and apply for the prison term or the driving licence/passport removal.
Has anyone had experience of this part of the process and if so what happens? Was it successful?
It seems that my ex will stop at nothing to avoid paying for his child so I’m fully prepared to give everything a try now!
