A couple of years ago I had terrible stress after breaking up with my bf. I have 3 y.o. daughter, that’s why I had to hide my strong negative emotion about this situation from her. After that I realized I had big problems with my skin, especially on my neck, cheecks and elbows. It looks like eczema, but doctors are not sure about the diagnosis.
If anyone has the same problem, plese, tell me, what you do to relieve symptoms?
Recently, my doc adviced me to buy a humidifier, for better sleeping. I’m not sure if it’ll help me. It’s very hard decision to purchaise it, because it’s not cheep, like here https://houseweather.org
Any advice? What about your experience? How do you think, does a humidifier help me with my eczema problems?

Try nup<span style=”color: #385898; font-family: Roboto, Droid Sans, Helvetica, sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;”>ers natural . They specialise in organic cream and scrub for ecezema. My friend has had bad stress for 30 years due to the nature of her job and it has worked for when NHS Medica ton didn’t . Personally I would get some manuka honey and take a teaspoon each day and rub some into affected area.</span></span>
