Hi, I’m looking for some advice please?

I will give you an overview of the situation:

Domestic abuse/coercive control/parental alienation ongoing since I left 6 years ago. The children now live with father due to him accusing me of a lot of untruths. Father stopped my contact and had the order suspended recently due to making further allegations against me (he does it quite often) and a judge reinstated the suspended order, we are due back in court in February but the contact days (week 1 – tues&fri, week 2 – tues, fri&sat) we have in place leave it open for him to continue to control every aspect of both mine and the children’s lives. I was hoping to change the contact to during the school week only so there would be no hand overs between us and for a lot of other reasonings which would eradicate what he is claiming about me too – my solicitor did not put my request in my position statement or to the judge during the hearing.

is there anything I can do to change the days of contact until February?
It is causing me a great deal of stress.

    Thank you in advance.

Are you able To apply for a residency/live with order at all? If it can’t be proven in court with solid evidence that living with you is detrimental to the well being of your children then an emergency order will be granted and without hearing
