    Hello,

I am trying to find older new parents with small kids, preferably in Manchester, but nowadays it doesn’t make any difference where we all are!

With older I mean 40+. I am 51 and had my son when I was 46. I separated from his dad the beginning of the year and I’m in the middle of divorce proceedings.

I realised I don’t know any single parents here, let alone older ones, with small kids. It would be nice if they are professionals too, as I’m trying to keep my company afloat at the same time and would appreciate sharing experiences with people in a similar – impossible – acrobatic situation!

    Take care!

    Hi,

I am in London, but looking to connect with other single parents. I am 36, but I would be happy to connect as we are in a very similar situation.

If I am bothering you,  please ignore my message.

    Thank you Con1!

I wish you all the best and I appreciate for being so open towards me. It means a lot, as I am being very ashamed and lonely.

    Thank you once again!

So ashamed, dear Con 1. I am so tiered of everything.  I don’t know how I am gonna cope.

Thank you for being so good to me!

I’ve messaged you but just think that your Number 1 should be YOU! Especially if you haven’t got any other support!

All , so we are all clear ,

    I am a single dad,

    whilst unusual

since the post I have managed to get their mum to commit to regular contact at weekend plus holidays for the two youngest without going into the 2020 covid on my own

it’s not equal but better for the childre 70.30 for the 2 youngest but 100 for the eldest

I find it difficult on any forum as it’s unusual and so I am neither seen as a weekend dad or full time parent

    I am a single parent , simple

solo yes for eldest  , co parent no,parallel parent yes,

I am on a meet up for single parents camping from across the UK

about 60 plus children in Northampton

happy to connect of course with anyone

Hey, new on here. I’m an older single parent, professional, with an 8yr old daughter. Would like to connect and reduce feelings of loneliness, despite always looking and seeming busy.
