Just wondered if anyone has experience of obtaining a non-molestation order. I just want to stop the lengthy abusive texts and emails from my ex. She’s using the shared care arrangements to bully me and also personally attacking my care of the children. It’s causig huge stress, I’ve asked her to stop but they continue
you need to provide evidence such as texts / emails etc and where possible print them out. it is possible to have a non molestation order which allows a certain amount of texts messages to arrange contact. However there must be evidence to support your claim in order for one to be granted.
