    Hi all,

(first time doing this!) but I am a bit stuck! My ex usually has our 2 children every other weekend. (Slightly less than what is in our CAO) .
because he is self employed his tax return doesn’t accurately reflect his income therefore we had a voluntary arrangement for child support.

During lockdown he was furloughed and started cash in hand work, and decided not to see the children for 3 months and stop paying child support. (£100 a month)

now he is back seeing them but not paying child support and is refusing to pay going forwards.

i could go through CMS but with him being self employed his earning via the books will be so low I wonder if it’s even worth it.

I should add…he has 2 other children from a new relationship. He said the other 2 are his concern, not our 2.</span>

what would you do?! I can’t stop contact because of the CAO but he’s not contributing to them financially.
