Hi @lionmum I know how you feel. It certainly isn’t what I planned. I’m in tears about it and I suspect I will be for a long while yet.

Just take each day at a time. That’s all we can do.

For many of us it isn’t what we wanted or planned. All you can do is take a deep breath, take one day at a time and face each day as it comes. So long as you always do the right thing for you and your child/children then that is all anyone can ask. Go easy on yourself and you’ll find it will all work out. It just takes time to adapt and adjust.

You sound like me.! There’s no way i wld have chosen this,in fact didnt, but we are where we are and I feel it’s either sink or swim🤔 on the days when you just wna go back to bed and never come out it helps to keep your eyes open and count every little victory! Kid to school on time? Victory. Remembered to put the bin out?Thumbs up.House tidy or errands done? Every little thing counts.Don’t measure yourself up to any1 else.We all struggle differently and if you can keep ur chin up, your successfull  already. It’s a difficult world & if you can find the strength to say something nice to yourself it helps.
