Iv joined today by what i can see is very common here, lonliness! Been single pretty much since the birth of my son (hes 3.5years) but officially just after his 1st birthday. All i want is to settle down and have a whole family unit but it seems impossible, i get very down about it and feel so alone. So im here to find people to talk to, meet up with and get to know ☺️

We’re all here to talk with anytime. I’m SE London but meeting up is pretty tricky, so just PM if you want to chat.

    Hi Everyone!

I’m in SE London too.  Would be nice to chat and possibly meet with other parents/kids over the six weeks school holiday.  I have a 10 year old child.

Picnic park bike ride frisby ball game anyone?

Also, we started doing parkrun on Saturday 9am.  We could join other parents for a joint parkrun too.

    Take care guys.

    Hi All

We are new here, would be great to meet / talk more single parents in London.

Chloe is 3 1/2 we are in north London Belsize Park tube / hampstead heath overground. Happy to meet around London we love doing & looking art making crafts, listening to music & have fun singing (we can’t sing but it makes us smile trying)

open to attending different London events

    Hi,

I’m in SE London too. I grew up here, moved abroad for a few years and now I’ve been back for just over a year. I have no support and my daughter’s dad is neither stable or interested enough to have a relationship with my daughter. If there’s a WhatsApp group, is it okay for me to join?

    Thanks.

Seems a good idea meeting up with people on hear!  Chat things out first and meet in local areas etc!

im in Bedfordshire so quite some miles away and just joined today!…..roller coaster of emotions these past 5 days(1stAugust) wont bore you with the details yet ;)…but if you want to chat by all means!……its an amazing comfort to be able to converse here and knowing we’re not alone!

I wouldnt wish this on anyone but it is a comfort of sorts that connecting with others in the same situ, actually can lead to helping eachother…if only by chatting..which is a really good start!
