    Bubble read the book psychopath free it really helps to make sense of ‘arguement s’ and confusion and see if it’s narcissistic abuse . It’s like a fog is lifted when it makes sense .
    if you find it is that do NOT let him know you suspect this just watch, monitor, tell GP call women’s aid for clarity and documentation incase you ever decide to leave. Never tell them if you plan to leave they can get v nasty so women’s aid will help with that xxxx

    Hi There,

    I feel your pain as because my ex wife has Narcissistic tendencies (although forever in denial) and its a tough situation to be in. My advice would be to educate yourself as this will help you understand how best to communicate/deal with a Narcissistic partner. There are loads of clips on you tube about dealing with a Narcissistic partner which will hopefully ease your frustration. I’m no expert but if you ever wanted a chat I’m happy to listen?
