Hi all my ex and I split up 2 years ago. We share 3 kids together and I also have another child with my current partner. We had a contact agreement which was set up with social services. My ex has never stuck to this agreement and constantly broke it. In the summer of 2019 I decided to relocate to Ireland. My ex is from Ireland and my current partner. I discussed moving with the children and my ex was originally in agreement. 2 of the children I have with him he has PR for and 1 doesn’t. Before we were going to move to Ireland my ex wanted his name on the child he doesn’t have PR for birth certificate and I agreed to this. Unfortunately I could make the appointment and told him to reschedule. This was when things turned sour. Following his weekend contact with the children, he refused to return them. He had the children tell lies of abuse from my partner to the ss and they conducted a section 47 report. He went to court during this time and was issued a temp care order until cafcass conducted a section 7 report. The court seem to be favouring him and everything I have submitted to the court including the 47 report state that the children are not at risk of abuse and it’s been made up. In the report also it states that my ex is turning the children against me and badmouthing me infront of them. He’s blocked all contact unless he is there as he wants to control my life. My current partner used to work for my ex so that’s why he doesn’t like him and is doing what he’s doing. He’s accused me of taking drugs to ss aswell but I have taken a drug test and proved this information to be false as the test showed negative of drugs. The children have always lived with me and he never helped support them with csa and he always broke contact. The section 7 report isn’t due to be submitted to the courts until the 20/2 and the next court hearing is on the 28/2. I have my youngest child with me and the youngest child I share with my ex with me also but that is only because I have pr and my ex don’t. Please can someone help advise me on what to do as I haven’t seen my 2 eldest children since then 15th of November and it’s breaking mine and my kids hearts
