Separated with the ex in December and been seeing daughter every weekend since (and she has been staying with me)
Took another female out for drinks in recent weeks and now it’s…your unstable, your not having ***** without a supervised visit
Pathetic really as I provide more than I should financially and dote on my little girl.
Can she actually implement this without a court order? She says she has discussed it with a solicitor yet I have never seen a letter from a solicitor.
I obviously do not want to make things any worse but feel this is hurting my daughter as well as me
Generally your ex can’t insist on such conditions unless she has a good reason to believe there is a risk to the child’s well being.
Make it clear to your ex that if you aren’t allowed to resume proper contact with your daughter, you’ll go to court and let them decide on access.
