I used to work at a mental health company and they’re big on mindfulness. really like the concept. usually look for mindfulness content on youtube, or spent time in parks. wim hoff breathing exercises are great.
Ahh great glad someone else is into it. I tried Wim Hoff breathing but after a few cycles i was very light headed and felt faint. Will give it a miss as i already have fainting issues. A few people i read from have been doing it and say they see a difference. Yes, the park is a great place to practice esp now with all the amazing colours of the trees.
