I have 3 very young children, my ex husband used to own his own business, his cms calculation is done from when he was paid bare minimum and took the rest out in dividends.
he no longer works for himself as his business went into liquidation and has gone to work for a company. He hasn’t let the HMRC know that he is no longer self employed and as far as CMS are aware he’s just duel employed.
So they will not reassess his calculation as he’s still “self employed”

    WHAT CAN I DO?

he’s stopped paying me, we had a mutual agreement he would pay £100 a week which is what he was meant to be paying a month, due to CMS wrong calculation. he has paid for month of September and October but no longer paying anything and he has been seen to of overpaid due to cms.

I hope this made sense I am at a loss, I need help from him financially as you can imagine with 3 very small children. HELP!

    Thank you.
It’s so tough, I feel so let down. Hopefully some good luck will show somewhere!
