    Hi Maria

My marriage break-up was a bit of a shock too (although the right thing in the end).

From my experience so far, there will be times when you feel like you are moving on and getting better, and times when you feel completely rubbish. You will not feel this way forever x

Be kind to yourself-try get out, even if it is just for a walk round the local park. Have you looked at what groups/clubs there are locally for you?

Hi Maria, just wanted to say hi and I feel your pain. It’s tough isn’t it. Ik25 comments are so right, emotions are like a rollercoaster.

My marriage broke up 4 years ago and we at court now finalising things, it’s still hard, but with good support and people to sound off to, you will get there.

Even though I cannot meet as I’m down south in Essex, I am here to be friends and I too need friends.

    How are you feeling today?
