I realized today I haven’t left the house for several days.
I’m up most of the night & as the kids are off school I try to sleep really really late so I dont have to deal with them too much.
Things were starting to be a bit of a mess.So I went to the corner shop.I felt like a different persone when I got back.If you can,it’s important to get fresh air.Hope your not watching the news too much,it’s not very nice & every time you see bad news your brain reacts as if you’re actually being threatened.Find something that makes you feel good if you can.This will eventually come to an end you know!
