    Hi,

Not sure if I am at the right place but as I have tried to report a neighbour unsuccessfully who thinks it is funny to harass/insult/bully children playing around because they have no father and then call the children services against the mothers when they ask for explanation to his low behaviour.

The man is a father of three, teaching them hate towards the other children. My kids and their friends have been called names (often related on the fact that their father is not around). Police officers have seen him on several occasion to only find out how disrespectful he is toward single mothers but said there is no much they can do about it  and to contact the council. I would like to know if anyone has ever experienced this situation as we all are aware about bullying by children toward children but maybe not from adults toward children. If yes. What has been done to fix the problem?

No need to say that it can be stressful for kids to go and play outside knowing they can be their targets (him and his family) any time.

hi, if Police are not doing anything, then think you should report him to council for nuisance, anti-social behaviour.

But they possibly won’t do anything until you’ve completed an anti social behaviour log for approx 2 weeks to give an idea how it’s happening regularly.(You can always fill it in with true examples of past behaviour,to get the show on the road ).
