Hi I’m hoping someone will be able to help, my daughter is 16 years old and as she was born In Feb 2003 even though her biological fathers name is one the birth certificate he has no parental rights or responsibility. She has not seen or heard from Her biological father in roughly 10 years. Trouble is she is travelling to south africa in October and they are looking for both parents named on birth certificate to give consent for her to travel and if not they are looking for a court order that proves sole responsibility. Has anyone came across a document that proves sole parental responsibility even when it was automatic at the time of when birth was registered (he never applied to courts for pr)
