    I need some advice on how to complain about the shocking service received from the CMS from a paying parents point of view.

    The case is 2 nearly two years old and I have made all my payments to date yet the CMS is still trying to place chargers and fees on to my account. I have made official complaints verbally to the various case workers, sent in emails via the web portal and also have written letters with no response yet.

    Who knows how to get listened to and taking seriously by the CMS as this is causing untold stress and anxiety on me and my relationship. Any advice gratefully received.
