Hi all, I’m a single mum to three young kids (I have them 100% of the time) and I work full time. We were all home for 3 months while self-isolating, but my 22-month old twins started back at daycare two weeks ago. My 6 year old will be at home with me all summer, so I’m still trying to juggle housework, meal prep, some quality time with my 6 year old and the twins when they’re home, and working a stressful job from home. I find it really hard to put any time aside for myself, and when I do I find it’s nothing incredibly relaxing or something I really love to do – usually because my body and/or my brain is exhausted. How do you carve out the time – and keep it – for yourself?
