Hi i wont go into masses of detail unless people want to know..Am a single mum of 4 and very much struggling with the loneliness and isolation..Have lost virtually all my friends as i can’t socialise like i used to and I’ve completely lost myself and my identity so having to start from rock bottom with my confidence to make new friends..Anyone in a similar situation who would like to make friends ?

    Hi there

I can totally relate to how you feel, it’s not easy being a parent let alone doing it on your own. Similar with the friends thing too and it’s a shame as it’s one of those times you need your friends the most! I think unless you’ve been through it you don’t get it but reading the posts on here help you feel that little less alone in how you feel!

Message me if you ever want a chat 🙂

Its so hard when you spend they every minute running round after kids or thinking about what the kids need. Everyone needs some downtime.

Feel free to message if you ever want to chat 🙂

Hi all, I’m totally in the same boat. I need to find people in the same position who ‘get it’.
