    Hello everyone,

So I have been trying to get my son’s dad to help me out, with picking the boy up from the childminder while I am at school but he is unreliable. Now he booked a holiday just before I start my placement. I thought of using solicitors but I am not working, so I can not afford. I called one that said that they provide legal aid but, all they said was that it was my so’s father to put in the application for the contact and not me! I didn’t get help. I don’t know what to do. Has anyone been through something similar, if so, how did you get the other parent to comply. I am afraid it will be hard for me to work in future, even after completing my course due to lack of help and support.

    thanks for reading
