    Hi All,

     

    So Halloween is just around the corner and I have already bought my 8 year old her fancy dress outfit… but what do you think will happen this year, can’t imagine many people will want kids knocking on the door?

    Will you be taking your kids out, or handing out sweets this year? Looks like Halloween may be over before it’s begun… Thoughts,?

    We will just decorate our home with home made pumpkin carvings. I use a led light instead of a candle. We also make biscuits, chocolate apples and ice them.Β  you can also paint your pumpkin which is much safer option. If you look at baker ross they have also got crafting activities.

    Last year we broke old crayons up and melted them with hair dryer on to pumpkin. You should also check if the school are doing any activities

    Covid is high in our area so will not be opening our doors or going out to meet people at their home. During the day if we go out to the park my child can wear her dinosaur Cape. We normally meet a friend and her kids and collect pine cones and conkers for Xmas Dec’s. Halloween is not a

    We’re American so Halloween is normally a big deal for us. But during Covid we won’t be trick-or-treating. I’ll still cover the house with bats, and we’ll carve pumpkins and maybe dress up for photos and to Zoom and probably eat some chocolates.

    Well it looks like we may be in lockdown anyway, let’s hope we can still have the rule of 6.. or zoom it isπŸ™ˆ
