    Hi,

Is there a service that can help work out childcare arrangements to makes sure they are fair that is not a mediator?

I am slap bang in the middle of a divorce so trying to work it all out with so much going on is proving difficult.

I cannot use mediators as my ex does not want to pay.  I just need someone that will help ‘me’ only that will take into account my individual circumstances i.e living in the home.

I need the service to look over the current plan and assist to come up with a fairer one.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    hi,

is your ex interested in seeing kids to help with childcare? courts like to arrange where parents have kids every other weekend, and share school holidays. more if a parent can work around their job.

    Hi,

    Yes.

He has just sent back a child arrangement proposal that basically benefits him.

The process I am about to undertake is.

    1. Rework the proposal so it is fair  as it does not consider the fact that I too work [What I am requesting assistance with ]

    2. If he is still not happy take it to a mediator

    3. Last result involve a solicitor

So I just need assistance with working up a childcare arrangement proposal.

ok. I hope you can sort out an agreement without going to court. if it goes to court, they can not make your ex to spend time with child. they can have you make child available to him for set weekends/days, but he would still be free to pick and choose and not have child when it suits him.

Thanks Steve, that is not one of the issues here.

    Cheers
