Abusive ex has quit his job in order to stop paying. Don’t know how this has come about, I suspect redundancy and therefore has a large pay out and can afford not to work for a while. No idea what the plans will be after that. Suspect he will do something else to avoid.
Is there anything I can do? Is there any point calling CMS? Is there any financial support available when this happens?
My kids are distraught as it means a big lifestyle change.
I feel your pain! Cm are rubbish in my case! Ex has £13k in arrears and nothing being done. He changes jobs every 3months to avoid payments and gets away with it… cm take money out of his wages directly. Last month I got £130 so that was split by our 3children! He can change jobs every 3 months and that’s it, nothing I can do about it. It’s not right at all.
pls never get angry ,i saw your profile here on gingerbread.org.uk and i was very happy about that ,really i would like to know you more ,and i will be very happy if you can write me here in my private email address so i can tell you more about myself,
I was unaware of notional income, have to research this.
I have already pressed CMS on the issue of diverted income, as I’m 99.9% sure ex fiddled income so that more was sent off into pension pots but they were useless and insisted there was nothing that could be done.
