    hi,

    you mention the court order has broken down and been breached by other parent. in that case if you would like to enforce your order you would do that using form C79:

    //www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-c79-application-related-to-enforcement-of-a-child-arrangement-order

    you could try contact support through court for advice: https://www.supportthroughcourt.org/

    when you mention court orders been broken, is it something that is in the actual order that is not being followed, or is it something that’s been written in the recitals section?

    Thanks very much I will try the line

    it’s a court order we have and our son has expressed how unhappy he is with certain things and his dad hasent been picking him up but blaming me all for it as usual and said he will get me in trouble. So he has said he’s not getting him from school and he isn’t calling etc, just texting and won’t speak to me at all. I feel helpless

    hi,

    in that situation there is not much a court can do. your allowing dad to see child but he is not interested. They can not force him to see child. If order says he has to collect kids from school, then he is not doing whats required. It’s up to him if he wants to see child or not.

    Yes that’s what I would have said too, but he is saying it’s all my fault and I’m doing this and that- and that’s the reason, then plenty of other horrible things. I have tried my best but he won’t speak and will only speak through our child, which is reallynot helpful at all

    thank you so much
