hi guys i am new to the site, I have a 9 week old baby and contacted the CSA as soon as she was born. Anyway her father is self employed and hasn’t made a payment yet, he has since said he wants a DNA test to delay his payments, but not paid so they have taken it to enforcement (or are about to start) they have since contacted me to say that there is a relevant other child, which I did inform them of when I started the claim as my child’s father also has another child. My child’s father has stated that his other child stays with him 52 nights a week/lives with him, which is simply not true, he wants to get the payments reduced. He sees his other child once every other week for a few hours. So I am just wondering, if he says that his other child does (and lies) will he get away with it? Or do the CSA have a way of finding it out?
