So I have a court order but I’m currently self isolating with my son ( with advice from nhs) anyway my question is what happens after the two weeks with my child agreement order? Has anyone been through this? I’m worried my babies dad will try to keep him for two weeks.. ( he’s only got 1 day contact no overnight on our court order) please help!
when I’ve spoke to him he’s just being aggressive so I’m unsure what to do!

Personally with his limited contact of one day a week, his aggression towards you and the current climate. I would not allow access, if I had any thought that he would not bring the child home, it sounds like your baby is young? And should be with he main care giver.
I have no idea where the court order would stand, but in this crisis I think you have exceptional reason to not adhere to it.
I’d get some advise via a helpline. I can imagine this is a huge worry for many parents at the moment. Xx

Try gingerbread or woman’s aid they’re very helpful with legal advice Xx

If he is only 1 l, I would definitely say no, if you have fears of him not returning your son. I am sure this week we will be forced into lockdown so access arrangements will have to change.
    take care
