During court we discussed if one parent wants to take the child away we need to give 6 weeks notice and that seemed sensible.
I provided this notice 12 weeks ago for my child going away other parent agreed.
The other parent today is unhappy because I am unable to make a contact swap this week due to commitments, he gave very short notice and as a result of his unhappiness is now saying that the coming holiday I have booked needs to be paid back (for the hours missed with the child) If that makes sense. Is this true?
I should add that he regularly skips contact for holidays.
I hardly ever go away and have not missed any contact before. The child is only a baby so can only do little and often any way.
