Hi all am a single mum, my daughter is going through a sensory progressing disorder diagnosis the occupational therapist thinks there is something underling,

I am just exhausted with it. I do have help from my parents but am the one living with it.

Just needed someone to talk too

    Thank you

    Hi Maxine

I have a 10 year old daughter diagnosed with a dyspraxia diagnosis by an educational psychologist at her primary school. Now that she’s moving next year to secondary school I feel I need to involve myself more in her education. I feel she does need more input & it is very demanding at times. Cos’ of separation etc. she lives with dad & I see her through the week at times & at weekends. It is tough as family are less involved than they were when she was younger. My aim is for my daughter to reach her potential so i’ll be there for her. I hope that you do get some ‘me’ time to recharge  & that by sharing our experiences it does not feel as lonely.
