    Hi all,

    I am after some advice.

I have an almost 3 yr old and a baby of 4 months with stbx. He left to be with other woman when i was pregnant 9months ago.

We have been to mediation and now its going to court for increased access but due to shift work currently our stb 3 yr old sees his day 3 days in 10 including an overnight.

He came home tonight with a communication book which i agree to in principle but the level of detail in there has shocked me and now it has left me wondering if i need to complete it to the same depth.

i was thinking food eaten on a changeover day, any medication taken or illness, any toileting issues? His dad has put about doing bob the builder jigsaws and seeing tractors and all sorts.

I just don’t think it’s necessary as a) my son will tell me b) i trust his dad to feed and entertain him accordingly and c) it feels controlling as by telling him what my son does each day is also telling him what i do

am i being unreasonable? Is my stbx doing this for court?

    Help please!
