Evening,
Background; divorced with 3 children. Always paid maintenance, without fail. Ex remarried recently. I’ve moved in with my partner and her daughter. Due to this move in May, my ex thought she would inform the CMS that I no longer had regular contact (which I always did) but due to move and full time job, I was unable to see my kids for that month. She denied me access in July because of her wedding (she told me about that 3 days before hand) and another family wedding.
Basically, the variation claim has been rejected on her say so despite evidence being given to suggest otherwise. Maintenance payments have increased considerably meaning I can’t see my kids for 3 or 4 months at a time now. What can I do next?
Furthermore, the new step dad to my kids is trying to take control of contact. My number has been blocked from kids mums phone and he is trying to take control.
Any advice on how to deal with is please. I’ve tried a solicitor and not really had any sound advice.
Any views or ideas welcomed.
Thanks
