I have a 3yrs old daughter who doesn’t see her biological dad. I contacted the CMS and the father requested a Paternity test which came back 99.999 that he was the biological father. After the calculations he only had to pay £45 a month. Since the pandemic it’s now nil payments. He has two children from a previous marriage who are both in private school, director of 3 businesses and goes to Dubai every year, drives a high performance car, other property and done extensive home renovations. I provided evidence to the CMS of the businesses with at least one of them posted dividends of over 35k so how is it nil payments.
I looked into private investigator but they’re so expensive and surely they can only look at public records which I should be able to access. I work full time and it’s gulling to see that he can blatantly get away with this.
I’m going to appeal their decision but I’m at a loss as to how much more evidence they need! Maybe him smoking £50 notes on his private yacht (joking)
