I’ve been separated from my ex for 3 years and have 4 children under 18. My son, 17, and daughter,11, both live permanently with me. My other 2 sons 13 and 9 live with their mam. I dont see them very much, due to certain reasons. My question is do I spend the same amount of money at Christmas on all of them? I’ve been saving the child benefit for Christmas presents.

I personally believe yes, because it will make one child believe their is more love to another and possibly make a bigger divide, that said its the thought process that goes to the presents  as they are all individual and will want and different gifts, getting that right is far more important than the value.

I think end of the day, how will know whats the best thing, dig deep and feel what your heart is saying.
