Good afternoon I’m wondering if anyone could offer some advice please. I’m a single mum working full time with a 14 months old daughter.  I’m unable to actually afford all the childcare costs and bills despite working full time. Someone has mentioned that I will be better off working part time 18 h as I would be entitled to some help from the government with childcare cost etc. Would anyone please be able to advise me on this? Your help is very much appreciated.

    Hi Steve,

The father of the child isn’t interested, he doesn’t even ask about her at all..
