I am running out of places to help I have claimed child maintenance for 3 years, 18 months of those 3 years my child’s father has attempted every stunt going to avoid paying. The first stunt he requested a DNA test until he realised he had to pay for it. Now he is on universal credit and has higher priority debts (what’s higher priority than a child???) I have received £29 in 18 months. I have written to my MP who can’t help I am out of options
similar situation. If you find a way forward I’d love to hear it. Even though using collect service they collect ~£26 per month which is not the agreed amount is much higher and this agreement was made by a tribunal with CMS he took me too. I have sole care of our 3 children.
