Hi this won’t answer your question but you can deduce from it what you will.
I didn’t receive full payment this month so contacted CMS to inform them, their reply was that because he paid 50% or more even though his salary has not been affected by Covid19 as he has continued to work without reduction in hours due to the nature of his job and he he is well able to continue making full payments they would not pursue him for the rest. Judging from information on this website this is what the government is allowing to happen , reduce or stop payments. So not sure how this will affect receiving payments from someone made redundant. I was not informed by CMS that this was happening only found out from this website even when they replied to me they still didn’t tell me the reason why i didn’t receive full payment.
