My ex has taken me to court claiming contact has ceased between him and our children, it was proven in court in all three hearings that the wasnt the case and contact had just reduced due to the childrens ages now seeing as though they are nearly 11, 12, 15 and 17 year old.
At the final court hearing a court order was made for all children including the over 16 year old.
We have read online that normally court orders dont get put in place unless a exceptional case however what defines a exceptional case ?
Strange how all judges deal with things different isnt it. The judge we had for the second hearing stated he would not put a order in place for him then these ones put it in place but gave no reason as to why.
