    Hi

I currently have a child arrangement order which has been in place since June 2019. Which States on it that my daughter see her dad every Tuesday 3-6 which my ex can nominated someone collect and return his daughter.

Which my ex seems to nominated his mother collect and return which is fine not a problem but last 4 months my 4 year daughter been coming back very upset having meltdowns that she hasn’t seen her dad.

We have a handover book goes with my daughter. I have put in the book month ago asking my ex why his not there on Tuesday see his daughter as in the court order clearly States Tuesday 3-6 is contact for daughter and father that he’s allowed nominated someone collect and return but has been there at other end when contact happens. Just  Ignored the messaging in the handover book.

Yet again this Tuesday wasn’t there..

So frustrated basically I’m sending my daughter on Tuesday spend time with his parents (her nan and grandad) which contact is for her see her dad. My daughter gets so upset about it all she wants to see her dad.

<span style=”color: #1a1919; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;”>He’s so unreasonable ex partners that even when Confronted and asked why he’s not there just ignore the situation.</span>

I don’t have the money get a solicitor surely some how I can get the child arrangement order changed get Tuesday taken off.

Hate seeing my daughter like this but have send her on Tuesday’s if not I will be breaking court order.

    hi,

sorry to hear that. I would not be having my kids over, if they do not get to see me. if you wanted to change that, I you may think about returning to court to vary your order. it can be done without a lawyer.
